"The Tommy Guns exceeded our expectations in both the run up and performance at our recent wedding and we have had consistent feedback from guests that they are the best wedding / event band that they had seen.

We hired the four piece both for the day during canapés and also for the evening entertainment. We opted to not contribute to choosing the set list and the guys did not disappoint. They read the room perfectly and the dance floor was literally bursting at the seems during every one of their sets.

Additionally, they went above and beyond in providing the music for the first dance and were happy to run and manage the music for a later ‘surprise’ dance routine performed by the bride and her father.

They were also so accommodating in agreeing to perform a number with the father-of-the-bride, a surprise for everyone and a real highlight of the day.

We can’t thank The Tommy Guns enough for their calm, confident and relaxed approach to the day, for accommodating all the personal touches and surprises and most importantly for being phenomenally talented musicians and keeping everyone dancing and singing at the top of their lungs ALL night. "The price of the band was fantastic. Knowing now how good they were I absolutely would have paid more.

On the day the band were perfect. They arrived and set up on time. All the guys looked great; smart and cool and exactly what we pictured our wedding band looking like.

On to the performance; well again it was perfect. Their repertoire of songs were perfect for what we wanted. Every single one of our guests loved the music. The dance-floor was full - in fact there were so many people dancing that people were dancing around the dance-floor because there wasn't room for anymore people on it. For every single second the band was playing, it was full. No exaggeration or hyperbole, it was rammed for the entire time the band were playing. The DJ sets in between also had people dancing the entire time, though some people took this opportunity to get food and drink to be prepared for when the band came back (x3 45 minute sets). The music for the DJ period was great too.

We sent them the song we wanted for our first dance and they learned it - and once again, they played it perfectly (George Ezra - Hold My Girl). Before you see the band live I think it is natural to wonder how good they would be live. The Tommy Guns were so good in their videos and I can confirm with certainty that they are also that good live. Vocals were fantastic, music was fantastic.

Anyone booking this band will not be disappointed and speaking objectively, they are the best wedding band I've ever heard live, and I've seen several.

10/10, if I could do my wedding over again, they would be there to play for us again. Huge thanks to the guys.

We chose The Tommy Guns for our wedding in September. They were absolutely amazing, couldn’t recommend them enough. We spoke to Jono prior to the day, letting them know which songs from the set list we definitely wanted to hear and which ones we weren’t a fan of. They were really approachable and open to our suggestions. They did such a brilliant job of learning our first dance.

"The Tommy Guns were a fantastic band who went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and really finished off our wedding celebrations with a bang. They were fun, friendly, polite and super flexible to time changes on the day. They are brilliant musicians that covered an amazing array of songs and with such a great energy that the dance floor was never empty. They were in touch in good time, listened to our requests and were forever reassuring (important for a stressed bride) and professional. I'd hire them again in an instant - we had so many comments after about how good the band were.

"From start to finish dealing with Irving and then the band themselves the whole process has been faultless. I dealt with a lot of suppliers and the band and the hireaband office were by far one of the best. Not only completely flexbile but also 100% reliable remembering everything we discussed before the day. Most importantly the band were absolutely amazing, they had the dance floor filled the whole time and everyone said they'd never seen a dance floor so filled especially so early on in the evening. Them learning our first dance turned out to be the most special and memorable part of the day for me, as everyone got up on the dance floor singing and dancing along. They also remained chilled and happy when everyone was drunk and decided they could sing haha. It made my day and I would recommend them to anyone, everyone said best entertainment they've seen at weddings and so proud they were at ours. It was a real shame the venue wouldn't allow the acoustic set to use an amp but they worked with it and were great. Literally can't thank you all enough."

"Ian and the guys were fantastic! They made the evening so fun and were all very friendly, chatty and of course talented! Absolutely brilliant! I've had guests asking for details on how to book them too (ranging from friends who are also planning a wedding to my grandad for his 80th birthday!).

"Can't rate the guys highly enough, they were fantastic! They read the crowd and knew what to play which resulted in a fantastic atmosphere at our wedding. Plus they nailed our first dance song which they had learnt especially for us. In fact our guests were so impressed one couple want to book them for their wedding in the New Year! All in all the booking of the band and the performance The Tommy Guns gave was one of the least stressful admin elements of the whole day and we thought they are worth every penny (and in fact a whole lot more!)."

"We saw The Tommy Guns at our friends wedding booked them that night. We had a wide range of ages attending our big day so we asked The Tommy Guns to cater for that. The boys were lovely gentlemen who covered so many genres and decades that everybody loved. We also had a lovely rendition of Baby, I'm Yours as our first dance that the band played as we danced. Its quite magic having a live band playing for you! we Highly recommend this band! The kids also loved the One direction songs they added in on request! :)"
